The controller for the processing of personal data on this website is Aura Trade & Investments SA, c/o TALENTURE SA, Via Canova 9, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland, e-mail info@auratrade.eu.
This policy is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Data we process
Website visits: our hosting provider automatically processes technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) in server logs to deliver the website and ensure its security.
Request for quotation and e-mail: when you contact us we process the data you provide (name, company, country, e-mail, optional phone, details of your request and any attachment) in order to reply and, where applicable, prepare an offer or a contract.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process data to answer requests, to prepare and perform contracts, and to operate a secure website. Legal bases under the GDPR: steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in a secure and functional website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Service providers and transfers abroad
We use carefully selected providers for hosting, e-mail delivery and spam protection (e.g. Cloudflare). These providers may process data in Switzerland, the EU/EEA or other countries, including the USA. Where a country does not offer adequate protection, we rely on the EU standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention
Requests are kept for as long as necessary to handle them and for any statutory retention periods (in Switzerland generally 10 years for business correspondence relevant to accounting). Server logs are deleted after a short period.
6. Cookies, statistics and external content
Details are given in our cookie policy. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise your rights, write to info@auratrade.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or with a data protection authority in the EU.
